These terms apply to all jewelry products sold by us, including but not limited to gold, karat gold, platinum, palladium, silver jewelry, set jewelry (including diamonds, colored gemstones, jade, etc.), and matching accessories.
We provide a free warranty service for a period of one year, starting from the actual delivery date of the product by client. The warranty period shall be calculated based on the date indicated on the valid proof of purchase (official invoice or sales receipt).
During the warranty period, we provide free repair services for non-artificial faults caused by inherent craftsmanship defects or material quality issues in the product, including:
1) Natural loosening or falling out of the main or accent stones in set jewerly due to mounting issues (excluding cases caused by external impact or pressure).
2) Natural breakage of precious metal jewelry without signs of external force, resulting from inherent material brittleness (excluding normal wear and tear of clasp, chain links, and other vulnerable parts).
3) Solder joint separation or detachment due to craftsmanship defects. Non-artificial factors causing fading/discoloration of plating, or surface wear of brushed/sandblasted finishes and other appearance changes.
The following circumstances are not covered under the free warranty, and we shall not assume free warranty responsibility:
1)Human-induced damage: Including but not limited to damage caused by accidental impact, dropping, squeezing, bending, scratching, disassembly, or modification.
2)Appearance wear and tear: Scratches, abrasions, dents, deformation on the product surface, and oxidation of precious metals occurring during normal use.
3) Damage due to improper use: Damage resulting from failure to follow general jewelry care guidelines for wearing, storage, or cleaning; use of non-professional cleaning agents; exposure to chemicals (perfume, cosmetics, sweat, seawater, etc.) causing corrosion, discoloration, or damage; and faults arising from wearing during sports, manual labor, or similar scenarios.
4)Normal component wear and tear: Natural aging, wear, deformation, or failure of vulnerable parts such as clasps, chain links, pin buckles, spring rings, or locating beads.
5)Damage caused by force majeure: Including but not limited to fire, flood, earthquake, etc.
6)Lack of valid proof of purchase: Cases where the warranty period cannot be verified via the product's factory serial number.
The following two scenarios qualify for paid repair, refurbishment, or replacement part services:
1)Products that are beyond the free warranty period.
2)Damage falling under the "Exclusions from Free Warranty" listed in Section 3 of these terms.
Specific paid services are as follows:
1) Repair Service: Charges based on actual damage, including applicable material cost + labor/processing fee.
2) Refurbishment Service: Professional polishing, refinishing, or replating services for issues like surface wear or oxidation of precious metals, charged at a fixed refurbishment fee.
3) Replacement Service: If components cannot be repaired, replacement with original factory parts is available, charged at part procurement cost + installation fee.
4)Freight: Shipping costs incurred for the repair of the goods.
All charges for paid services will be quoted after we receive the damaged product and assess liability. The consumer will be informed of the charges and repair services will only proceed after obtaining the consumer's consent.
1) This warranty clause represents our commitment to consumers and does not affect any other statutory rights to which consumers are entitled under the law.
2) We reserve the right to reasonably amend this warranty clause, provided that such amendments comply with applicable laws and regulations. Revised terms will be announced through official channels.
3) The final interpretation of these terms and conditions shall rest with us.
本条款适用于我方销售的所有珠宝产品,包括但不限于黄金、K 金、铂 金、钯金、银饰、镶嵌类珠宝(含钻石、彩宝、玉石等)及配套饰品。
自产品交付日起,我方为产品提供为期一年的免费保修服务。 保修期限的 计算,以有效购买凭证(正规发票、销售单据)所载日期为准;
在保修期限内,产品因自身工艺缺陷或材质质量问题,出现以下非人为 故障的,我方提供免费维修服务:
1. 镶嵌类珠宝的主石、配石,因镶嵌工艺问题发生的自然脱落(非外力撞 击、挤压导致);
2. 贵金属饰品因自身材质韧性问题,出现的无外力痕迹的自然断裂(不含搭 扣、链节等易损部位的正常损耗);
3. 产品焊接点因工艺缺陷出现的开焊、脱落。非人为因素引起的电镀层褪色/ 掉色、拉丝/喷砂工艺的表面磨损等外观变化
有下列情形之一的,均不属于免费保修范围,我方不承担免费保修责任:
1. 人为损坏:包括但不限于意外撞击、跌落、挤压、弯折、刮擦、自行拆 解、改装导致的损坏;
2. 外观损耗:产品表面的划痕、磨损、凹陷、变形,以及正常使用过程中 出现的贵金属氧化。不正当使用导致的损坏:未按照珠宝保养常识进行佩 戴、存放、清洁,使用非专业试剂清洗,接触化学品(香水、化妆品、汗 水、海水等)导致的腐蚀、变色、损坏,以及在运动、劳作等场景下佩戴 导致的故障;
3. 正常零件损耗:搭扣、链节、针扣、弹簧扣、定位珠等易损配件的自然 老化、磨损、变形或失效;
4. 因不可抗力(火灾、水灾、地震等)导致的任何损坏;
5. 无有效购买凭证,且无法通过产品出厂编码核实保修期限的。
1. 超出免费保修期限的产品;
2. 属于本条款第三条"免费保修排除情形"的损坏; 以上两种情况,我方提 供有偿维修、翻新或更换配件服务,具体如下:
1)维修服务:根据实际损坏情况,收取相应的成本费 + 手工加工费;
2)翻新服务:针对贵金属表面磨损、氧化等问题,提供专业翻新、电镀服 务,收取固定翻新费用;
3)更换服务:配件无法维修的,可提供原厂配件更换服务,收取配件采购 费及安装费;
4)运费:货物维修所产生的运费;
所有有偿服务的费用标准,我方将在收到损坏产品实物进行责任判定后进 行报价,并告知消费者,消费者同意之后再进行维修服务。
1. 本保修条款为我方对消费者的承诺,不影响消费者依法享有的其他法定权 利;
2. 我方有权在不违反法律法规的前提下,对本保修条款进行合理修订,修 订后的条款将通过官方渠道公示;
3. 本条款的最终解释权归我方所有。
